Poder notarial: es un documento legal a travs del
cual una persona (poderdante) otorga unos
poderes al (apoderado) para que ste acte en su
nombre, representndolo.
Hay diferentes tipos: segn la amplitud de
poderes, la duracin y el mbito.
Los poderes notariales en ingls y en espaol:
A) se asemejan:
- en el propsito, en el foco contextual.
B) se diferencian:
- en la hibridacin, en el tenor/tono, en las
macroestructuras y en el nivel formal (sintaxis +
morfologa).
