three selection rounds .
• First Round:The CV is reviewed and

may be contacted within a week with
the second round interview proposition.
Second Round
• It is the longest one.
• Generally an individual will talk to different
people on the phone.
• He'll be asked technical questions and tested
in different aspects like basic knowledge,
background depth, logical thinking, etc.
• Finally the team player skills will be tested by
the HR department in 30-45 minutes call.
• The HR is the one who makes the decision
whether the individual matches the
requirement for the job or not.
Third Round
• It is mostly technical. The candidate
would be invited to talk face-to-face
with Microsoft employees.
• They would ask the candidate
algorithms, functions or suggested
solutions to some of the current
problems being faced by them.
