Cost
You use this component to plan, monitor, and control project costs,
thereby achieving comprehensive cost accounting.
Dates
The purpose of date scheduling is to determine the duration of
phases in a project, which events are particularly important for
the schedule, float times, and critical paths. You enter dates in
the work breakdown structures and individual networks. You can
check and change them in all stages of a project

Project Documents

You can use document management to make documents available

throughout your business, and link them with SAP objects from
different business areas. In the Project System, you can link
documents with WBS elements, activities, and material components.
So, for example, you can display technical drawings directly in your
project.

activity elements in a network, and can be used to forecast
progress in the future. Precise confirmations are very important for
realistic and accurate project planning
You control the following business functions via
confirmations:

Reduction of work center capacity load

Update of the actual costs based on the confirmed data
Update of network data, such as duration, work, and status
Update of dates for WBS elements
Back flushing and unplanned withdrawals of material components
