EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The fresh fast food restaurant will be a moderately priced 30 seat
restaurant offering family style food and service. Dosa idli (south
Indian) momos chilli potatos ( chinese) Indian thali along with
generous salads are all on the menu. We will offer specialty
selections including a lighter options and smaller portions for a
childrens menu.
The fresh fast food restaurent will be leasing a 500 square foot
space located at West Roads Shopping Center, an existing retail
center located in Rohini, Delhi.
The dcor will feature wood accented chairs with blue and white
checked table cloths. Dinner style tables will be surrounded by
wooden chairs with comfortable seating cushions.

The cost to open the restaurant is 6 lack. The majority
of the expenses are in furniture fixtures and equipment

approximately 30 days to complete. The Wrights will
sub-contract the work themselves.6 lack of the start-up
costs will be funded by the owners and loan from

restaurant will serve a variety of classic homestyle favorites from pot roast and mashed
potatoes to patty melts and vanilla ice cream.
