Finance the development cost of the MRD;


Provide representative/s to the Convergence-TWG meetings as needed;
Provide an enabling environment for their employees enrolled in the program
(e.g., use of internet after office hours, etc.);
Assign particular offices/individuals to be the beadles for each of the class;
Make available all information, data, and other requirements needed for the
implementation of the MRD;
Identify, through a uniform selection process, qualified DA,DAR, and DENR
employees who can enroll in the program;

the attendance of agency employees enrolled in the program;


Provide representatives in the panel who will screen/scrutinize the
initial and final defense of the students Action Plan and Project;
Provide useful input in the development of the MRD curriculum and
other areas which might be of concern to the MRD;
Conduct an evaluation of the program with the DA,DAR, and DENR
employees; and
Allocate funds for the Project.
