Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Job Duties:

Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on
engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations
manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.

Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision
measuring and testing instruments.

Removes defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools; examining form and
texture of parts.

Determines changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts; using rules, calipers, micrometers,
and other measuring instruments.

Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments by using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges.

Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance.

Fabricates repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.

My full name is Daniel Alejandro Coca Castiblanco I am 18 years old, I live in villas del
dorado neighborhood, I am from Bogota , Colombia. I went to Institucion educativa
francisco jose de caldas high school. I graduated in 2013 .I am currently studying
industrial machinery mechanic at SENA. I am in 3 trimester, I study from 10:00 a.m to
06:00 pm. My schedule is on Mondays: Technical specifications, and electronics,
Tuesday study from 08:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. development of communication
processes ,industrial mechanic , English , Wednesday study from 07:00 a.m. to 06:00
p.m. , welding , electricity , Thursday study from 02:00 p.m. to 06:00 p.m.
environmental processes , physical Culture: My favorite class is welding because I like
welding and repairing gadgets and devices, I like industrial mechanic maintenace
because we must keep the machinery running . In the near future I plan to work for
and important company such industrial maintenance ,I would like to work as
maintenance manager I dont mind working shifts. I can stand heavy and challenging
positions. I consider myself creative, friendly, easy going, open to challenging jobs and
ready to work in difficult areas, I am very organized and I like to work under high
pressure environments, I can work in any field related to industrial maintenance. I want
