Pregnant women are encouraged to:


1. Take folic acid.
2. Maintaining a healthy diet and weight.
3. Being physically active regularly.
4. Quit tobacco use.
5. Not drink excessive amounts of alcohol and use street drugs.
6. Talk to your healthcare provider about screening and proper
management of chronic diseases.

all mothers try to prevent it.
