History

By 2014, the company has expanded to a network of more than 18000 cars
across more than 65 cities. In November 2014, Ola expanded to incorporate
autos on-trial basis in Bengaluru.

Post the trial phase, Ola Auto expanded to other cities

In April 2015, over 40000 cabs are registered & successfully running across 22
cities of India.

Expansion Plans of Ola Cabs

Revenues of ola cabs have grown more than 10 times over the past 4 years
and is now the biggest cab-booking service provider in the country.

Olacabs has lined up aggressive expansion plans after the funding round from
SoftBank. It is targeting to have on board a million driver partners in three
years. Currently, it has 35,000 cabs on its platform.

It also plans to further invest in its technology platform to provide a better


experience to customers as well as expand its footprint to smaller cities.
Olacabs currently provides cab services in nearly 20 cities.
