INTRODUCTION
The japanese word kaizen means simply
improvement with no inherent meaning of
either continous or japanese
philosophy;the word refers to an
improvement,one time or continous,large or
small,in the same sense as the English
word improvement.

DEFINITION
The kaizen philosophy id drawn from the
japanese word kai which means
continous and zen means
improvement or wisdom.
Kaizen events are when work groups set
aside a few day or up to a week to simplify
a process or work area-eliminating
waste,creating space.
