WHY USA ?

To visit USA is everybodys dream and to achieve that one needs USA visas.
However, most of us believe that its too difficult to get USA visa.
We are sure that to obtain visa successfully by following systematic procedure of visa

Types Of Visas For Indian

Employees

1.

H-1B VISA (Specialty occupation)

H-1B VISA is a non- immigrant visa in USA under the immigration and
Nationality Act.
H-1B work authorization is strictly limited to employment by sponsoring
employer.

2. H-3 (Trainee)
This visa is required if you are going to USA for training purpose.
You can be paid for training and hands on work is authorized.
Training cannot be used to provide employment in USA.

3. L-1 (Intra company transferees)

If you are an employee of an International company which is temporarily
transferring you to the parent branch.
To qualify for L-1 Visa you must be Managerial or Executive level, or have
specialized knowledge on projects specified by the company.

H1B Visa Requirements / Qualification

You must haveONEof the following
1) A Bachelor's degree or Masters Degree (or the foreign equivalent degree from your
Country), OR
2) 12 years work experience, OR
3)A mix of further education + work experience
The general H1B visa qualification rule is:
- for every 1 year of studies at University / College = 3 points
- for every 1 year of work experience = 1 point
12 points in 'total' are required to qualify for the H1B visa program

H-3 Visa Requirements /

Qualification
You are not receiving graduate medical education or
training in US.
You do not have similar training in your home country.
You need the training to advance you career outside
US.
You will not productively employ unless it is necessary
to the training.
The training offered does not employ US citizens and
resident workers.

L-1 Visa Requirements /

Qualification
There must be qualifying relationship between the
business entity in the US and the foreign company
which employs the alien abroad.
Exact evidence to be submitted while filling the
petition varies based on the type of qualifying
relationship.
For the duration of L-1 Visa holders stay in the US,
the petitioners must be doing business as an employ
in the US.

Complete the Non-Immigrant Visa Electronic Application (DS-160 Form).
Pay the Visa Fees.
Get an appointment for Interview.
Carry the following documents to the Interview :
1.

A printed copy of your appointment letter.

2.

Ds-160 confirmation page.

3.

You current and all old passports.

4.

Supporting Documents.

5.

Original letter from current and previous employer detailing your position and projects you worked on
and how long you have worked with the employer.
