I) Environmental Aspects, Health and Safety Hazard and Risk

Organization shall
 Establish and maintain a procedure for environmental aspects
 Identify activities, products and services associated aspects and hazard
based on job EHS analysis
 Designate significant environmental aspects
 Designate significant health and safety hazards
 Review the list and update if there are change affect current EHS aspects

II) Legal and Other Requirements

The requirement must applicable to EHS:


 Activities are identified and maintained up to date by legal team
 Regularly reviewed in assuring legal compliance
 Corporate EHS standard as guideline for EHS set up and
implementation
 Legal documents are maintained by relevant department
 Shall communicated to relevant departments and incorporate them
into work instructions and operational control procedure.
