Initiate informal dialogue with AO to provide support and motivation (to know
their concerns, suggestions, difficulties, etc)
Early morning telephone brigade friendly approach
Initiate dialogue with highly delinquent borrowers
Monitor KRAs from time to time (example loan releases, deposits, new
members, etc.)
Develop plan for Membership Expansion
