Showroom, Parts warehouse and Service bay conform with PHI
standard.
a. showroom -allocated area must be 150 to 250 square meters;
enough to accommodate 3 Light duty truck display units and also
for the office facilities and if possible with spare parts display ,
ware house and counter.
b. Service area- must have a total of 5 service bays:
1. Two (2) bays should have a 6x15 square meter area to accommodate Medium &
Heavy duty trucks.
2. Three (3) bays should have a 5x10 square meter area to accommodate Lightduty trucks

IV. Service Vehicle for sales and service mobility.
V. Tools and equipment Furniture, office equipment and set of
required tools for service.
