payment) clients impacts on market image.

Server problem: It is the greatest challenge for smooth
communication.
Unaware of mail: Very few customers check their mail
properly.
Cell number: Bangladeshi people change their cell number
very frequently.
Satisfaction: Sometimes for little selfishness, customers can
be rude.

Most of the employees of Jamuna Bank believe that


present communication status is effective for their
business purpose.
They are also getting satisfactory responses from their
customers.
There is less complaining about their communication
system.
However, some new employee with good expertise in
using communication tools expressed their opinions
differently.

to more emphasize. They have to follow aggressive
marketing campaign to communicate with desired
customers.
