PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT

IMPROVEMENT BY MODIFICATION
OF IC ENGINE COMPONENTS.

abstract:
We are going to develop the 150 cc
engine efficiency into higher efficiency of
decreasing the bore diameter and piston
size to get the optimize the engine into
fine consistent.
And with the help of the same engine and
carburetor we are increasing the RPM .
Internal combustion process efficiency are
very high comparing to the initial
combustion.

TABLE OF CONTENTS
PISTON
This we mention the size of the intial
fz piston which have 58 in diameter .

And we developed the piston size in


65 mm to increase the power of
internal combustion.

CUSTOMISE PISTON

We have customize the piston size to 65 to


get better efficiency of the engine power.

Contribute

We have increases the size of the piston


which is suited to our developed cylinder .
And then we decrease the hieght of the
piston which is equal to the initial size of the
piston
We face the piston with the help of lathe
machine to non resistance of the upper face

CARBURETOR
We have tuned the carburetor of the
fuel efficiency according to our
increament of the cc .
We developed the jeting process
inside it for the suction of fuel to our
port.
Then we increase the main jet of the
jeting size
intial main jet=115

intial pilot jet= 15

After we developed the jeting
process
Of the carburetor to get equal
efficiency of the
Engine we have increased the jeting
port into
main jet=130
pilot jet=17.5
Thus we got the better efficiency of
the power in the engine

ENGINE HEAD

In the initial of the engine head we
have exhaust port of =23 and the
inlet port is =28
After we developed the head port we
have increased the port both in inlet
and outlet diameter.
After development of the port
exhaust=25
Inlet port is = 30.

CAM SHAFT

camshaft
With the help of same cam shaft we
are assembling the engine head .
And the initial rpm of the shaft is
7500 we required in 150 cc engine.
After we increased the piston stoke
length of initial is 58 mm and
developed in 65 .
To get the rpm upto 10000 aprox.

Exhaust port
In this process of the exhaust port we
have got the better outlet of the
combustion chamber.
Because of the complete exhaust
combution we increased the port
diameter for the suction of the fuel.
And by the process of combustion
through the chamber after the stroke
length increased is said to be in
consistent.

Silencer exhaust

To get the same consumption of the


engine we are using the modified
silencer to get the efficiency power in
same manner.
In order to get the sudden power
stroke we are using this type of
modified silencer for better exhaust.

Advantages
We got better efficiency and power
comparing to the initial engine.
And the internal combustion of the
engine is high and enrichment of fuel
mixture in jeting process.
In nonresistance of the silencer we
got quick response of the power and
exhaust port in the outlet of the
engine .
