Overall Concept

Our concept for the award show is to highlight all the achievements and
accomplishments of Africans in the diaspora through music entertainment, art, and
fashion by expressing the diversity that life offers through creative means.

The Main Event

The award show will be hosted at the Holiday inn Banquet hall in Washington,
D.C. The event is designed to be a fun friendly atmosphere, with the intent to
reward the African (Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon, Kenya, Ethiopia, Sierra Leone)
community that are working towards making a difference and empowering their
community through their accomplishments.

Event needs

We are requesting sponsorship from major corporations to assist with the

production of a large scale event. The event will be catering to more than 400-500
people throughout the course of the evening. There is a huge demand for top
brand products (liquor, beverages, food, entertainment), monetary donations or
product donations will be needed to acquire or provide such services.

7 artists performing - $8800

Venue- $5500

Marketing (flyers, website, online) - $3000

Promotion (dc promoters, public relations, media coverage, radio, social media) $3200

Entertainment (Disc jockey, fashion designers, photographers) $2000
