Now therefore these present witness. A it is hereby agreed between the parties

3). The partnership business is conducted at B-112 , Office Building , Mashriq Center, Block 13, Karsaz
Road, Gulshan-e- Iqbal ,Karachi, and/or at such other place or places as shall be agreed to, by the
partners from time to time.
4). All partners that initially invest Rs. 200,000 /-(Rupees Two Hundred Thousand Only) as capital
investment under the following breakup; same shall be used as per these present in the partnership
business.
6).The net profit of the partnership business shall, after meeting all the necessary costs, charges including
expenses incurred in carrying on the said partnership business, be divided in the following proportion:

7). The profit and the losses of the partners shall be determined as on the last day of
each month.
8). All partnership, money ,bill ,notes , cheques and other securities received by the partnership
shall, as and when received, be paid and deposited in the bank or banks to the credit of the
firm accounts, except such sums as are immediately required to meet the current expenses.
9). The money constituting the net profits made on such semi yearly account as foresaid, after
deducting all the expenses, salaries wages, taxes, etc.

Our strategy is to grow the business by promotion clients, differentiating the service from our
competitors, particularly through service and staff behavior.
Alliances and collaboration with hotels, lodges and travel agencies are to be adopted as strategies for
market penetration.
