OBJECTIVE
ABSTRACT
In a real world, the blood donation system and blood banking system is
increasing day by day. Although during the emergency time, the blood
cannot be reached at a correct time because of unreachable the blood
donor place.
To solve the problem, GPS based Blood Bank System is developed as
proposed method. GPS based Blood based Bank System is the mobile
application which can developed in Android.
This application first find out the location through the GPS values that
is latitude and longitude values of the user location and the query input.
If the user requests for the blood, the system finds out the GPS values,
compares with the database and find out limit area where the user
location GPS values come under.
The system also finds the other users location through GPS and search
for the required Blood group. If the system finds the required blood
group and their GPS values matches nearly with the user, then it
displays donors current location to the user.
LITERATURE SURVEY
In spite of the availability of the potential blood donors not more than
5% of the total Indian population donates blood.
The objective of this project is to develop and deliver a new blood
donation system. The system will efficiently eliminate all the problems
from the present blood donation system.
Most importantly the donors would come to know about the
emergency situation. The system will accelerate the current process of
blood donation.
The details of the information of donors are given for the usage of the
users for contacting them when in need of blood in case of any
emergency.
The problem which currently exists in the medical field is that blood is
needed immediately for an injured person or for any major operation. It
is not easily available even though blood banks are present.
LITERATURE SURVEY
Medical history like
A person who have anemia or are underweight for height from their
height should not donate blood.
People who have diseases that are transmissible via blood are
disqualified from donating.
Being positive for the AIDS or hepatitis viruses ruled out as a blood
donor.
Pregnant women and recent childbirth ruled out as a blood donor. This
is because considering the safety of donating during and shortly after
pregnancy has not been fully established. There may be medical risks
to the mother and baby during this time.
EXISTING SYSTEM
The recruitment of blood donor when compared with other countries is
very less in overall blood donating percentage annually.
The details of the information of donors are given for the usage of the
users for contacting them when in need of blood in case of any
emergency.
The problem which currently exists in the medical field is that blood is
needed immediately for an injured person or for any major operation, it is
not easily available even though blood banks are present.
DISADVANTAGES
Difficulty in handling emergency situation,
No proper security for personal details.
No Need third parties.
Needs a intermediate to work manually on information update.
Leads to error phone results
PROPOSED SYSTEM
The bloods are used in case of emergency such as accidents and
major operations.
The proposed method is to create an android application is
developed so that the blood donors are available easily within
the required time.
The donors who are nearby location are tracked by the android
application by GPS.
The proposed system functionalities are described as follows:
A better connection via the mobile application at places
where there is slow internet connection.
The volunteers for the session that they want or free to make
blood donation.
ADVANTAGES
The system provides authenticated and authorized features to the
current system where private and confidential data can only be viewed by
authorized user.
Attract more blood donors to donate blood
Communication of various hardware devices in the developing technology
has been improved over the last few decades where it enables people to
communicate anytime from anywhere by a multiple devices especially via
mobile applications.

Location Detection
Get Donor Details
USER REGISTRATION
In a emergency situation we a need blood .So at the time the application can be
used to search the blood
The blood donate volunteers can be register their details with the application
It is stored the information of the user name, mobile number, email, city,
country, username, password.
It can access only by the registered users
USER LOGIN
The User Login Details can be verified with the stored details.
The Registered user can be login in the mobile application and search
the what type blood group need
LOCATION DETECTION
Retrieval of users location will be done using GPS. With the help of
this information the system will identify the nearest location of the
required donor (blood group).
The identification of the user will be made with the help of the data
available and the information from the requester. Accurate and quick
detection of donors location is of high priority
