The steps to complete a Server UserID
request:
1. Select the Servers Group (target)
[mandatory]
2. Select the requestee [only if different of
requester]
3. Fulfill the ticket [mandatory]
4. Select the intermediate code [only if the
request is for a shared ID]

the privilege(s) you need and click on the OK button

those you dont need. If the server you want isnt in the list you can add it by entering is name
in the textbox and click on the Add button
