What does it mean in DRR

DRR recognizes the need to uphold
and maintain ECOSYSTEM
RESILIENCE as a non-negotiable. It
means the need to reverse
environmental lose by addressing its
roots causes, i.e development
aggression, etc.

WE ONLY HAVE OURSELVES

TO FEND FOR OURSELVES
TOWARDS
NATIONAL INTEGRITY;
IF WE FAIL,
WHAT IS OUR WORTH?
LET US TAKE CARE OF OURSELVES AND PRAY THAT WE WILL NOT
BECOME THE NEXT CLIMATE CHANGE REFUGEES.

DAGHANG SALAMAT!!!!
