Preparation
To prepare this marmalade select each ingredient trying to be good quality raw
materials, also wash the passion fruit and lemons , and clean chia to begin the process.

product is homogeneous and achieved the right texture . During this process should be
measured brix refractometer so you know when it is time to remove the product from
the fire.
