INDUSTRIAL TRAINING OBJECTIVE

Industrial training is necessary for students who are studying in Uniten before
being considered for a certificate and diploma. The industrial training objective is:

Building students individual personality

Communicating effectively

Practicing good work ethics

Providing exposure towards real working environment

Providing industrial training report

o COMPANY INFORMATION

Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) core businesses are in the


generation, transmission and distribution of electricity

In Peninsular Malaysia, the Company supplies households and


industry with electricity generated from six thermal stations and
three major hydroelectric schemes

Other than its core business, TNB has diversified into the
manufacture of transformers, high voltage switchgears and
cables, the provision of professional consultancy services, and
architectural, civil, electrical engineering works and services,
repair and maintenance

In my working on industrial training at TNB Seberang Jaya, I totally feel satisfied with the
treat from all workers because all workers are very dedication in their work.

The knowledge and working experience that has been given are very valuable that might
not get from any other place.

Will practice everything that have been learned during 3 months for future use.
