Experienced in fault finding and problem solving skills that contribute to innovative outcomes;

relations and strategic planning.
Good leadership and experience, applying these skills in a mining environment;
An ability to work with, through and for other people;
Teamwork skills that contribute to productive working relationships;
Understanding of, and ability to comply with and promote the NSW Occupational & Health Safety Act, and
Coal Mines Health & Safety Regulations
Have understanding of risk management processes and the use of safe work procedures
