    A good understanding of modern development mining processes and methods;
    Experienced in fault finding and problem solving skills that contribute to innovative outcomes;
    Competent organisational, communications & planning skills that contribute to productive and harmonious
    relations and strategic planning.
    Good leadership and experience, applying these skills in a mining environment;
    An ability to work with, through and for other people;
    Teamwork skills that contribute to productive working relationships;

    Coal Mines Health & Safety Regulations
