Prevent similar incidents
Turn cell phone off when at a gas station. At least, leave the cell phone in the car when refuelling your car. Dont answer the phone while pumping gas. Let the answering service take the call. Reference: Society of Petroleum Engineers HSE Warning November 2, 2001
