New unique moderately priced protective clothing for
personnel working in nuclear power industry, and possible
radiation exposure for workers in more than 80 occupations.
Now people can wear comfortable clothing instead of
bulky and toxic suits. Today there is no need to choose
between comfort, safety and price, since we combine all
properties into one product.
We position ourselves as an ecological and innovative
project, aiming to provide protection from radiation without
loss of comfort. We use no lead or toxic chemicals with our
process.

Problem: At present personnel of Nuclear Power Plants do


not have a permanent safety means against constant radiation
exposures for long periods.
The largest study of nuclear workers, conducted by the
International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), implies a
very high riskabout 6 additional fatal cancers per year per
500 people exposed to the maximum-allowable occupational
radiation dose of 50 mSv per year.
BEIR VII estimates that each 10 mSv per year of radiation
exposure, for a 70-year lifetime, causes a 5% (lifetime)
increase in fatal cancers, or about 1 additional fatal cancer per
year for every 300 people exposed.
Composite suits are not suitable for everyday work. Using
safety clothes based on lead is usually impossible due to it
high toxic level. Our suits provides the best solution for both
problems.

Solution: Our technology consists of special textile


processing which can also be used on composite
materials.
Use of cotton material normally used for work wear,
makes possible 100% protection from alpha radiation,
46.35% -76.56% protection from beta radiation,
3.37% - 12.28% protection from gamma rays.
After 10 washes the suits have no reduction in initial
protection and after 40 washes protection is reduced
by 5%.
In addition to this, the technology is 100% ecological,
lead and toxic chemicals free.

Market description

According to the data from International Atomic Energy Agency,


there are more than 11 million workers in more than 80
occupations that work with radiation exposure.

Of this number, more than 800 000 workers are employed in the
commercial nuclear industry.

Our cotton protective suits meets the needs for the Martian
astronauts, since they are looking for comfortable protective suits
for long flights from Earth to Mars. Our competitors are more
expensive and uncomfortable composite suits with less protection.

We believe producing polymeric materials using X-Ray polymers,


with our technology, would provide both B2B and B2C markets
with protective means not available today.

Competitive environment
The competitive environment in this market is very favorable to
our product, since our process can be applied to materials used
by manufacturers of work wear. Our product has all advantages of
cotton work wear, but also has high level of protection, longer
service time, (lower cost needed for utilization) and better
pricing.
Nuclearprotective clothingforeverydaywearisabsent. For this
reason, personnel working in NPP can use our work wear for
comfort and protection full time.
Our technological competitors are concentrating in the market for
short-term protection. These kinds of products cannot be used by
our clients for all day protection for the following reasons:
protection is uncomfortable for permanent use, more expensive,
and the best protection available uses lead which is highly toxic.

The main message to customers: The
low-price innovative product that helps to
protect people from harmful radiation, and
provides all the advantages of regular clothing.

The method of positioning on the


market: We look to solve the problem of long
term ware for this market: the aspiration to
solve this problem is the strongest motivation to
purchase. In addition, we have solved one of the
most important human needs on Maslow's
hierarchy of needs: the need for safety.

Sergey Ivonin: Doctor of chemical sciences. Deep
knowledge of technologies and features of fabric treatment.
Author of successful technologies in different areas (organic
chemistry, medicinal chemistry, substantial efficiency rise of
ion thrusters, unique eco cleaners, producing only a small
fraction of expanded clay), as he has successfully completed a
number of major contracts with top-companies. In a position of
Director of R&D he had in his team 30 scientists.

Mikhail Ivonin: He studied a mathematical economics in


Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. For a more than 3 years Mikhail has
found foreign clients for chemical outsourcing and he has
participated in development of unique eco cleaners, which
have been distributed in cleaning companies and through
internet for local customers. He is a co-owner (50%) and CEO
of one of the most successful Ukrainian football websites.
Mikhail is an expert on personal branding with the experience
of joint projects with Ukrainian top-football clubs and betting
