Housing Complex
Variety of Living Conditions that includes cultural, sociological, economic, religious and habitual ramifications
Different, as they may be, their individual needs boil down to some basic requirements, in terms of architectural living
quality fresh air, daylight, water.
Every housing complex needs to fulfill its basic requirements for proper living, that comes in terms of services for
ease of living, and in certain cases, makes living possible.

WATER SUPPLY
Considering any housing system, this is one of the most
important service that needs to be taken care of.

FIRE-FIGHTING
Not just a nomial building code requirement,
proper fire fighting planning enables the users
of a housing complex to avoid fire damage,
and to escape the building in case of any fire
accidents.
Beyond having a fire escape staircase, fully
functional fire fighting tank, and dry + wet
risers, along with fire hoses and fire
extinguishers, having fire proof materials, that
withstand fire damage for a longer time must
also be used in conjunction with the design

BUILDING
ELECTRICITY
Electrification of a housing complex, is a
very gargantuan task, since it involves the
designer from the conceptual stage of the
design.
Optimum distribution of electrical panels,
switchboards, junction boxes, main switches,
Trip switches etc. are to be placed in every
floor and every room.
Housing Complexes also require generator
sets, transformers and panel rooms in the
complex.
