Induction
An induction is the process you use to
help introduce a new member of staff to
your business.

Objective
The objective of induction is that the employer will have to

explain to the new employee, and the new employee will


full understand the objectives of:
the organization;
the department;
the organizational policies; and
Their own key performance indicators.
All aspects of the employment relationship;
The organizational structure;
All communication channels within the organization;

Process Followed
The incumbent first reports to the HR

department.
Introduction with all the staff
Joining formalities is carried out. He fills the
form
Joining Letter is offered
Certificates and mark sheets are verified

He is suppose to undergo Presentation.
For sales and Service employees

Induction is bit elaborated.


Apart from all this Special Lunch is
arranged for him .

Conclusion
It has been a great learning experience.
For my project I had interacted with
different departments, understood their
working, their contribution and MIL as a
whole
