DYNAMIC WORKSHOP
Working Guide Number 9

On Saturday July 9 held our first workshop with

the community dynamic for some reason did not
attend the number of people we expected.
The workshop encinco dynamic tools provided by
the responsible practices during patazca Dr. Julio
was based Ulfe

TOOL 1: SITUATIONAL MAP

The population draw the map of their community
and places located in this small shops, local
social provision, the school, the location of the
community authorities and points of drug
addiction.

Tool 2: Historical evolution of the community

and calendar of festivals and diseases
with the help of the settlers are located in a
historical line the most outstanding dates in the
history of the community such as: the
foundation, the implementaacion of basic
services also made a calendar where the
festivities are celebrated and the most frequent
diseases were located seasonally.

community point out how
well they get along with
recognized organizations in
the previous tool.

Tool 5: future vision

The residents of the
community are
projected to ten
years in positive and

Identifies environmental problems of

the community

Place: La Molina Alta.

Date: 18/07/2016

A. Describe the environmental health problems of the community.

Physical factors.
Biological factors.
Social factors.

Physical factors:
Winds and air currents.
There are more people sensitive to air currents both in the workplace and
the general, for example, in the generation of vasomotor rhinitis to lung
"congestion".
Humidity changes:
For being relatively close to the Pimentel beach, they may experience
certain changes in humidity in the environment.
Temperature:
This factor may be more noticeable variations in seasons and months where
the temperature is much lower, making the population more susceptible to
respiratory illnesses.

Biological factors:
Bacteria and their toxins:
As salmonella typhi.

Virus:
For example the presence of influenza virus

Vegetables:
Either by own toxins or pesticides.

Higher organisms:
For example, ingestion of toxins vertebrates like fish rotting, mammalian bites, etc...

Social factors:
Education:
Education can determine the adoption or ignorance of favorable or
adverse environmental factors.
Occupational and non-occupational (social security) relations.
Unemployed individuals have a greater tendency to suffer from
certain diseases.
Particular customs and habits.
For example, certain groups may be healthier than the rest of a
community.

Social factors:
Fashions, customs, habits, etc.
Advertising and tendentious and / or misleading advertising can induce
harmful consumer health products such as certain synthetic sweeteners and /
or toxic processed foods.
Macro and microeconomic models:
For example, inadequate wages can induce in their vessels nutritious or
inadequate environmental practices.
Educational, social and economic policies.
An educational framework that does not teach to know and manage environmental
variables tends to preventable environmental diseases

Social factors:
Marcos security, justice and law:
A general framework of physical insecurity can lead to various diseases, for example, after
suffering violence, that legislation is weak and justice is not applied correctly.
General security conditions:
Ranging from legal uncertainty to the widespread fear of being a victim of crime or crime,
can generate states ranging from anxiety to panic attacks. Social insecurity generates states
of chronic immunosuppression favoring disease states.
Media - TV, FM and AM radio stations, print media, etc.
(Usually at this time the most influential, for example, psycho environmental agents cultural
partner to stimulate consumption of environmentally and humanly toxic Corporate
advertising campaigns solid foods and drinks usually promote the consumption of lower
quality but they are more "profitable".

B. Describe the main problems of sanitation in

the community.
Presence of garbage dumps:
There are houses near places where people accumulate garbage despite the
truck comes to collect the garbage there are people who have bad practices
littering the corners.
Lack of water service:
Even though there is already water service in the community, lack of
continuous water into this place still exists, which is why people should wait for
the cistern water that reaches sell water to all residents; people should keep
water in containers thus creating infectious foci for Zika for example.
Drugs site:
Often exist in the corners of the houses, or abandoned houses. They are the
meeting places of drug addicts or outlets for any type of drug.

SITUATIONAL COMMUNITY MAP

This time we had to make a

map of the community
according to health,
environment and economy
axes.

We were also asked to perform a community census, so

we split apples and went from house to house to ask
basic things like:
Number of people per family
If the family or any of its members suffered from some kind of illness
If you had some type of medical insurance
Age of the inhabitants of the house
If you had water, electricity and drainage
If there was any illiterate person in the family
If there was any expectant mother in the family

Another thing we were asked was to identify the risks in

the population, so through census had done, we identify
risks as:
Older adults
Children under 5 years
Pregnant women and new mothers
People with a non-communicable disease
People with a communicable disease

We haved all the data from our potentially afiliables the

SIS people, we went to the health facility to check
whether they were eligible for membership in the SIS,
some yes they were, some already had SIS and others
could not do anything.

SUMMARY OF INTERVENTION ACTIVITIES TO FAMILIES

After presenting the PAIFAM in each family operated he
unveiled the solutions that would make for the good of
the family. We proceeded to make use of tools for the
valuation of the family, for example: Interview, family
tree, ecomap, observation

The work is done according to three main areas: individual health, family functions,
housing conditions and the environment.
Individual health: the health problem you may have some family members in recent
stages or whether chronic identified, we reached an agreement for examination and
treatment at the nearest health center and the next visit is scheduled to verify their
evolution.
Family functions: at this point we started to interview each member to see his
satisfaction about the roles of each member of the family has at home, verified if
there is risk of misconduct in the family and in the development of society.

Housing conditions and the environment: includes the

characteristics of housing, basic services like electricity, water,
sewage, delinquency, the presence of vector-borne diseases,
