used in anterior region of adults for periapical
films
taken with bisecting-angle technique; may also be
used for occlusal films in children.
# 3: Used for extra-long bitewing films; one film
covers all teeth on one side of the mouth.
# 4: Used for occlusal films (primarily adults).
