farmers worldwide.
Strategy
In 2014, Nestl also joined forces with around 200 other companies to
launch the second stage of the initiative, the 'Alliance for YOUth'. The
companies have pledged to develop a number of joint and individual
initiatives to give young people meaningful work experience and
internships, generating more than 100,000 jobs, and training
opportunities including CV clinics and interview preparation.
