Course out line

Introduction :
Management has to depend upon both stability as well as Creativity and innovation .Innovation
helps to steer organizations to withstand global competition . These would benefit contemporary as
well as the evolving futuristic organizations, for their stability, longivity and prosperity.

Learning Objectives
(a) To understand the basic concepts of Creativity and Innovation
(b) Role of Creativity and Innovation for enhancing competitiveness of organizations
(c)To understand the frame work of Recruiting& training creative staff and managing the same.

Pedagogy
Lectures, Video Presentations, Problems solving, Case studies , Group assignmenst and
presentations.

Assignment:
Groups of about 10 members each are allotted to pursue a project
involving identifying 25 nos.of world level Contemporary Best Innovations
and their significance, , for Class room presentation by the students.
