SUMMARY
CHAPTER 1

Two boys Ralph and Piggy


Ralph fair haired boy ; Piggy- chubby and wear thick glasses
A transport plane carrying a group of boys was shot down over the
ocean and crashed in thick jungle on a deserted island
They looked for the pilot but failed
They looked around the beach and wondering how was the other boys
They saw a conch and Piggy realized that the conch produced sounds
Ralph blew the shell to find the other boys
3 small children, a twins and a group of boy choir that led by an older
boy called Jack came over
They decided to vote a leader Ralph win the vote
Jack led the boy choir to serve as the hunters
Ralph, Jack and Simon (a choir member) to explore the island,
ignored Piggy
When they reached at the end of the jungle, they climbed the steep
hills.
After reached at the peak of the mountain, they ought to draw a map

They found a wild pig caught in a tangle of vines.


Jack drew his knife and liked to kill it, but he hesitated
At last, the pig run away
Jack vowed that he will not flinch from the act of killing next time
They went back to the beach and gathered with the other boys

They had another meeting together


Whoever hold the conch will speak, no one could interrupted
Piggy yelled that no one knew they had crashed on that island and will
be stuck for a long time, even they will died there
Most of the boys started to get worried and scared
One of the small boy said that he saw a snakelike beastie the night
before and might be prowling the island
The older boys tried to reassure the boys that there is no beastie, it
was just a nightmare
To be rescued, Ralph proposed to build a large signal fire on top of the
island so that any passer-by ships could see the smoke and knew
someone trapped in the island
The boys were very excited and rushed to the top of the mountain
Left Ralph and Piggy - Piggy whined about the childishness of the
little boys
The boys collected the dead wood and use the thick spectacles of the
Piggy to light up the fire
It worked, but it died quickly
Piggy declared that the boy should worked more proficiency but all of
them ignored him

One of the boy (the boy who told the others about seeing a beastie)
was playing over by the fire and he was missing
All of them shocked after the incident told by Piggy
They pretended that nothing has happened

conch shell can speak, no one can interrupt
except Rulph)

CHAPTER 3

Jack trailed a pig through the thick jungle but it evaded him
Ralph and Simon was building the huts for the boys to live
Ralph irritated because the huts keep falling down
Non of the boys helped out except Simon
The other boys played in the lagoon
Ralph complained: All the boys were excited about the plans but none
of them willing to work to make the plan successful & Jack failed to
catch the pig for them but they will soon have more success
Ralph worried about the little boys will have nightmares and unable to
sleep, but Jack was not interested with Ralphs problem, he was still
thinking of ways to kill the pig
Ralph annoyed Jack that was unwilling to work on the huts, using the
hunting duties as an excuse to avoid the real work
Jack said the boys wanted meat
Both of them argued but they hoped to regain their friendship
So, they went swimming together in the lagoon, but the feeling of
mutual dislike remained
Simon wandered through the jungle alone
He helped some of the younger boys reached the fruits that hanged
high on the trees

He went into the jungle deeply and found a thick jungle glade, a
peaceful beautiful open space that full of flowers, birds, and butterflies
He took a sit and enjoyed the beauty scene
