2 teams. 1st carries ball, running in and out of cones, then places on ground and puts head on it and
rotates body round 5 times, keeping knees off the floor. Picks ball up runs in straight line back to
next in line.

Line all players up, ask them to get into 2sface them off, one player has a ball and is the
attacker. Attacker must get past the defender by dribbling, whilst defender must tackle the
attacker. After several attempts, swap roles.

each other without dropping cone.

2/3 teams line up behind row of cones. 1st player runs in and out of cones out and back, collects
next team mate, join hands and both repeat in and out of cones. Next team mate joins hands and
all 3 go e.t.c e.t.c.

Each player has a ball. Remain inside box. Move ball around using inside and outside of good
foot..no need to dribble fast. Change to bad foot.

Each player has a ball. Remain inside box. Move ball around using underneath of both feet.

inside. Repeat with bad foot.

Group of players each with a ball dribble within a box. Upon shout of pass, choose someone who
IS CALLING for itreceiver turns side on to receive and then dribbles off in different direction.
Knees should be slightly bent.

Lines of cones. Groups of players behind 1st cone. LAST player takes ball in hand, runs in and
out of cones and back. Pass ball through other players legs, from front to back. Player at back
picks up ball, runs to front, then in and out of cones e.t.c.

inside box and pass through legs, collecting ball at other side, and continuing. Swap players
