CONCLUSION

Allport's approached personalities with open-minded concepts

and supportive materials. Allports Personal dispositions helped
researchers to study individuality. Allports objective was to find
answers to the questions; What is a personality? What is the role of
conscious motivation in personality? What are the
characteristics of the psychologically healthy person? Human
functioning is a product of mutual interaction of environmental
events, behavior, and personal factors (Feist & Feist, 2013).
Personalities are both psychological and physical. People have the
abilities to learn at a flexible capacity even though people have
differences biologically and socially. Personalities make the
person, the environment and societal factors determines the
development and maintenance of personalities. The most important
factor to consider; no two people are the same and every human on
the planet is unique in his own way.
