MAIN BODY OF THE FRAGO

MISSION

UNIFIL will practice the reaction when a road

accident on UNIFIL patrol occurs and will practise
CASEVAC/MEDEVAC situation with a Table Top Exercise
(TTX) prior on 28 June 2016 at SE, followed by a Live
Exercise (LIVEX) on 30 June 2016 at IVO UNP 7-1 (UTM E
735473.24 N 3683703.28).

STARTEX : UNIFIL patrol launches a CASEVAC alert to JOC through TOC,

ENDEX : The Slight injured received by the nearest UNIFIL Lv 1 Hospital and serious injured received by
UNIFIL Lv 1+ Hospital (assumed by St George Hospital).

Task one (1) training officer to assist with in the planning of the EX
(Phase 1).
Provide selected BATTs SMO rep and BMR rep to attend the TTX
(Phase 2).
BPT deploy the nearest BATT SMO ICCW the nearest UNIFIL Hospital
to carry out first aid on the spot and conduct evacuation on decision
by CMO according with relevant SOP (Phase 3).
Provide selected medical from SEC EAST assets to follow the LIVEX as
observers (Phase 3).
BPT deploy BATT BMR & SEMPU to cordon the area (Phase 3).
Provide a patrol team from SEMPU consist of two vehicle as a role
players (Phase 3).
Record the video/pictures of the EX (not release to the media) to be
recorded as part of exercise evaluation.
SEC
Complete a FIR from NLT D+3 and submit it to J7 (Phase 4).
WEST
Provide a training officer to follow the TTX and LIVEX as observers
(Phase 2 & 3).

on the CASEVAC procedures implementation (Phase 3);

Assist compiling and disseminate FRAGO.
Task one (1) Officer IOT evaluate the effectivity of SOP
CASEVAC/MEDEVAC based on Exercise scenario.
Complete a FIR NLT D+3 and submit it to J7 (Phase 4).
AMET

Provide an officer to assist with in the planning of the EX (Phase 1).

Provide selected medical personnel to attend the TTX (Phase 2).
BPT perform air CASEVAC ICCW ITALAIR (Phase 3).
Complete a FIR NLT D+3 and submit it to J7 (Phase 4).

Provide a communication network to J7 for exercise control staff (Phase 1).

Provide one (1) SO to attend TTX (Phase 2).
Control the air ground communications network ICCW ITALAIR (Phase 3).
Complete a FIR NLT D+3 and submit it to J7 (Phase 4).

UNIFIL LV 1+ HOSPITAL

Provide selected medical personnel to attend the TTX (Phase 2);

Take over one casualty from AMET (Naqoura Hospital) and two casualties from
FMT (Chinese Hospital), issue the medical intervention record (Phase 3);
Complete a FIR NLT D+3 and submit it to J7 (Phase 4).
