Staffing is the managerial function of filling and
keeping filled the positions in the organisation
structure. This is achieved by, first of all,
identifying requirement of work force, followed
by recruitment, selection, placement, promotion,
appraisal and development of personnel, to fill
the roles designed into the organisation
structure.

Training
Training is any process by which the aptitudes, skills
and abilities of employees to perform specific jobs are
increased. It is a process of learning new skills and
application of knowledge. It attempts to improve their
performance on the current job or prepare them for any
intended job.

These training methods are often


practiced by entry-level workers or
crew members basically for the new
Employees.

Corporate HR, McDonalds, mostly use the questionnaire to get the


feedback of trainees but only 15% respondents are in favor of
questionnaire because in it there is a possibility of getting
inaccurate data and in this responding conditions are also not
controlled.

The feedback can evaluate the training effectiveness. It means that


kartavyayogis in the Corporate HR, McDonalds are well aware of
the importance of taking feedback after the training.
