Abstract
Transit mapper , an android application is simply finder.
By using these application the ambiguity for access the city or a place
information easily.
Any users irrespective of their economical status can access these app
according to there specification through GPS system , these application
reduces the ambiguity for the newer to the city.

Introduction

TRANSIT MAPPER, just simply a finder.

It is an Android Application.
It acts like a City Guide.
The main intention of this project is to search Why because in this
application a main menu is present.

Existing system

In the existing system, the arrangement of needs for the users is not
in a proper order.

There is also traditional approach by following the instructions of guides.

Drawbacks of Existing system

There is no particular information about resorts, tourist places and some
other info.
By considering some particular place we cannot get exact info of that place.
A big town is the large amount of hotels , Resorts, available in every corner
of the city a big town, there will be no such information from the existing
system.

Proposed system

City information of different categories like school-info, hospitals, theatres, banks ,

hotels, parks, colleges and etc. through GPS system.

These application reduces the ambiguity for the newer to the city.

The information can be accessed through the mobile app, since transit mapper is a
mobile application

Advantages

Application a main menu named category is present, in this menu the items are
listed in an orderly passion ranging from the lowest to highest.
So any type of users irrespective of their economical status then can access
information.
City information of different categories like school-info, hospitals, theatres,
temples, banks, hotels, parks, colleges and etc. through GPS system with out
internet.

The admin module is the major module as it is responsible for

Carrying out the major operation regarding site updates,
Update hotel and etc.

The detail regarding complete history is entered by admin

And he want he can edit the details once entered.

The details regarding conventional places such as description,

location and address and image of the place entered y him
and he can edit the details once entered.

Tourist Module

Tourist module is maintaining the information regarding the city

Tourist spot, hotels in the city, entertainment in the city etc.

The various software components in the tourist module are view

Theatres , view hotels , view city map , view hospitals, view city history
and etc.

Student Module

The student module maintains the various information regarding

Various institutes in the city.

The various components in the software are view library, view books
View engineering colleges and etc.
