WHAT IS CAD ?
Computer-aided design (CAD)is the use of computer
programs to create two- or three-dimensional (2D or 3D)
graphical representation.

It is widely used in computer animation and special effects in

movies, advertising, and other applications where the graphic
design itself is the finished product.

CAD is used mainly for the creation of detailed 3D solid or

surface models, or 2D vector-based drawings of physical

It is a add-on module in tukacad.
It is used for automatic marker making.
maximizes the placement of markers and utilizes every possible
piece of fabric.

save anywhere from 3 to 15% in fabric cost per marker.

Edit pieces without having to revert back to the style file.
Fabrics that have stripes or plaid lines can be input directly on the
marker screen. This saves time in placing pieces that have to be
engineered to the strip lines.
