Reflection on mock job interview performance

The mock interview

There is no wonders that each task has a goal to achieve something. So, the main aim of why
doing interview was to achieve aim for getting a teacher job. That is by showing myself who am
I?, my skills, experiences and abilities for a job. The interview happened in last Tuesday 25,
October,2016 at 11;15 am. Moreover, it was in the company that I searched the teachers job. I
had met Ms, Salha who asked me different question that related to the teachers job and
company as I applied for it. Indeed, that when any person hear recording will be aware of the
purpose of the interview. That is because, the interview started to discover more about me for
the teachers job. For instance, hear the reaction how is it?, evaluate sound level and sound tone
while explaining points. Thus, all these points identify for audience about the jobs information.
It is known that preparing for the interview is so an important step. So, at the beginning I wrote
down my plan that is totally assisted me to success the interview. The plan included preparing
CV and cover letter, organizing ideas, be optimistic and confident, also attend on time.

The mock interview review

As my one of the future's objective is to be a great primary teacher. As I am waiting for this moment I have massive positive
attitudes that reflected my performance in the perfect way while I was answering question. At the begging, I started motivating
and exciting to introduce myself and how the skills, full experiences and the abilities measure the teacher's job as the
company's requirement and as the general. I explained the points in deep ways by giving the example, it is way to obvious the
idea and to be like the evidence. So, I think that my performance was a super perfect of how answering question with using
body language and tell story like engage the interviewee. While mean my friend: Aysha Yousef said " I enjoyed hearing your
interview, I found it full of information and detailed. You have well described yourself because you cover your skills and
education studies. As well you provide perfect example to support your skills and experience which I believe it benefits point".
I was so glad for her comment that makes me to keep up going on. Well, there is difference of evaluating yourself among how I
saw myself in the interview and when hear recording again. So, when I hear recording again it seemed to me was a perfect
work. The sound showed like so confident and giving details in deep ways. For instance, when the interviewee asked me to
make link between skills that I have it and the company's skills. Although, I used body language to show more in the
interview, but How I can see it in recording or any person? . Well, there was a technique called the sound's level is completely
present that I was using body language while answering. As a consequence, I graded myself was doing a great interview ever
in the interview. That is because as I am a teacher did different types of the interview that makes interview unique and easy to
deal with the question without feeling confused. Moreover, the feedback reflected on plosives points with others as well.

Your strength in the interview

It is an important step to show my strength in the interview, because it reflects for interviewee how I want greeting a
teacher's job. I believed that I did while showing my strength such as when I started introducing myself, I mentioned skills
that I have it. It is completely show how I deserve to be a teacher. Moreover, I responded some experiences that happened
with me while I was in teaching practice. It is a perfect way to obvious points in more clear details. There is one's of the
question was " how do you match your skills with the job and give me one example of how will use these skills in
developing job as well? I responded this question like a story that happened with me last experiences in teaching practice
to develop time management skill. As job's requirement needs time management skill as well. Indeed, there is difference
among how I manage my time while explaining to learners and how students manage their time in doing activities. So, for
me as I teacher could be mush easier rather than students. As I faced a problem that students were wasting time while
doing activity despite I told them at the begging of the activity you have 5 minutes. Then, I realized that primary students
aren't aware of knowing time, how many time left. Thus, I decided to use technical strategy is called a timer that shows
for students the time. I observed that students interested and engaged more of using this strategy. That is totally help
students to know and mange time as well.

Your areas in need of improvement

In my view point the area that needs to improvement next time such as positive reflection. In other words, it is like
a feedback that teach me what should I do next time in the best way. Well, the point that I need to improve it is to
avoid wrestling the ideas on my mind. In this case, I would like to present lots of my skills, full experiences and
abilities that I have it. I was hopping if I can say the majority of useful experiences. But, as I realized the amount of
interview's time. Despite, there is a question that conflicts my ideas which mean saying more than points. But, I
abled to control myself and support my points as well. I think that question is " Tell me what you know about your
company? Well, although I answered for question in the perfect way, but I think that next time should say like this
one " As I read the teacher's job description, I knew that the company looking for any teacher who can teach
different subjects and have specific skills which are positive attitude and time management. So, I have bachelor
degree for primary students from level 1 to the sixth for teaching three subjects which are English, Science and
mathematics. Moreover, I have extra skills that is not mentioned in the teacher's job description. For example,
communication skill, designing activities, technical skill, creating activities, writing stories and more that you will
find it in the CV for the deep details.

Your learning

As I realize that each task has benefit aspects that learn us lots in the life. So, I learned lots of advantages points while doing
interview at the same time I already have it these points. But, I can say it was useful way to develop and improve it more. So,
I learned how to communicate with a real job interview as the first time. It was interesting experiment and I acquire
communication skill. For example, when the interviewee asked me question, she focused on how I will communicate with
her for answering question. I think that is a perfect useful point that learned me to communicate in the best way. Another
benefit point is how to manage time, as I realized that have limit time to do the interview. So, this point learned me to answer
question in more obvious and giving example for limit time without taking long time. There is no wonders that these activities
were so useful as well. That is because, it taught me how to deal with communication and time management skills during do
the real job interview. As I am teacher in the future, so I can use this activity while expelling lesson for the students. For
instance, make discussion, presentation, presenting debate and cards' question. All these examples illustrate how students
communicate with the teacher thought conveying answer and how manage time as well for the activity to finish on time.
Finally, I would like to do differently in a real job is to show me the teacher's job environment and ask me question how to
deal with this case. Well, I think that way is so challenging and seemed so interesting at the same time. I really wonder
challenging way that makes me so excited while I answer question. Although, it could be challenging or difficult kind of,
because it reflects the reality of the job is not only ask question. I mean that way help to see the reality of teacher's job is not
only draw impinging on mind while asking question. Thus, I really liked this point and I hope to apply it in the real job
interview if that is possible.

teachers description to analyze is it suit for me or not. Then,
I did some researched in interment to support my job. Sure, I
selected a teacher job because it measured to my skills,
abilities and experiences.

I mentioned that I have Bachelor program degree for primary
school. For my experiences I used to support my question
such as what is happened for me last teaching practice and
how I deal with it. Moreover, the skills mentioned when I
talked about myself and explain some skills that I already
have it to measure for jobs skill.

I hear recording that seemed to me the

grammar is perfect. Sure, I was confident as I aspire
to be a great teacher. The interviewee also were
interested as she was keeping ask me question
I was professional in everything such as
dressing, eye contact, discussing, and body language
Frankly, as I did lots of the interview while I
studying to be a teacher. I dont think that I need to
improve body language, because I knew as well how
to engage and make interviewee so interested while
she or he is hearing my answers as well.
