Area of Location : 124.05 km2 (47.90 sq mi)
Population : 28,188 people
Macalelon is a fourth-class municipality of Quezon
Province. It covers 30
barangays. The
Tikoy Festival (rice cake) and the Kubol Festival are
well known for this town.

PROPOSED BRIDGE

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The proposed bridge is a reinforced concrete bridge having a two way lane and has a span of 96 m. The bridge will
serve as a link between Pealosa and the island across it for the sole purpose of improving the livelihood and
generating income for the island of Macalelon.
