INTRODUCTION
Foccus

The sampel used was fresh Acalypha indica L. from DinoyoMalang.

The solvent used in maceration process was ethy acetate (p.a).
The specific parameter tests are; phytocemical test of akaloid
compund by using Dragendorff and Meyer reagent, determination
of total alkaloids, marker compound (berberin), content of water &
ethanol soluble extract.
Non-specific parameter tests are ; the estabilishment of specific
dencity of the extract, moisture content and ash residual solvent,
and determination of heavy metal contamination of lead (Pb).
