SPECIAL FEATURES
Can be utilize on special functions of the school
and community
Can be use as evacuation center during
calamities and emergencies
Can accommodate sixty-three (63) students or at
least six (6) families per room

TECHNICAL HIGHLIGHTS
The reinforced concrete which compose the basic
structure makes this building almost unaffected
by typhoons
More earthquake resistant than typical one storey
buildings
To be secured during flooding, finish floor line is
1 meter above natural grade line
The new design is provided with all steel doors
and windows
Estimated life span of 50+ years
