ORGANICS PLUS: FACEBOOK


-

Organics Plus will use Facebook to integrate the excellent quality of our
products to the public. This shows why we are different then our
competitor.

We will also use Facebook to gain feedback from our consumers. We will
use this for our benefit as well as the consumers in order to make our
stores better.

Facebook is a place we can post recipe ideas and showcase the products
we have on sale for the current week. We will have weekly update posts,
This will keep people interested in our Facebook and actively engaged.

We will be able to show our customers our growth as a company , we can


post the newest Organics Plus stores that open in different parts of the
country.

Our consumers have the ability to share our recipes with their Facebook
Friends further promoting Organics Plus to a larger audience.

People 35-54 years old account for the largest group of Facebook users,56
million or 31.1%. This is also the age group that does majority of grocery
shopping. Therefore, Facebook is our most useful form of social media.

ORGANICS PLUS : TWITTER


-We will actively engage with our customers via Twitter.
-The average age of Twitter users is 25-34.
-Organics Plus will create a specific subgroup of our social media
department dedicated to interacting with our customers via
twitter.
-Twitter is our most direct way of engaging with customers. They
can tweet us with comments ,questions or concerns. We will
make sure the Social media : Twitter team directly addresses
each and every tweet we receive. This is to ensure we have
total customer satisfaction with our company.
-

We will address any issues that customers have with our store.
We want to use twitter to monitor how our stores are doing
from corporate all the way to individual store level.

- Twitter will also be used weekly for recipe updates with


products from Organics Plus. This will promote our products we
sell in Organics Plus!

The average age of SnapChat users is 18-24. We can use


SnapChat to reach a younger audience. SnapChat is going to
show younger customers simple recipes they can make
using our healthy organic products.

- SnapChat will be used to make small video clips of a simple


smoothie or easier, fast, healthy , recipes geared towards
a younger audience. We are trying to incorporate a younger
customer base.

- For example: Take a SnapChat of Organic Plus logo ,


bananas and strawberries, then make a short video for The
Organic Plus SnapChat story. This will also put the Organic
Plus brand in the eyes of the consumer , encourage them to
shop there.

-Snap Chat is a way to see Organic Plus products in recipes!

ORGANICS PLUS : INSTAGRAM


-150 million people are on Instagram. Of the 150 million over
90% are under 35.
-25.6% of Instagram users are 25-34
- Organic Plus would like to use Instagram in order for other
people using our products or recipes to tag us in the posts.

Our Instagram will primarily be used for the Hash tagging

ability to allow users to search for keywords. If Instagram
users hash tag #OrganicPlus all of the recipes and pictures
relating to Organic Plus will appear.

We will use Instagram to tag third party brands we sell in


the store to market Organic Plus and the brands we sell.

-Linkedin is a social media used for professionals. 79% of
Linkedin users are over the age of 35.
-At Organics Plus we will use Linkedin to showcase and recruit
professionals that are looking to work for Organics Plus.
-Linkedin is a website that professionals can network with
other professionals.
-We will use Linkedin to market our company to professionals.
We will include what Organic Plus does and specializes in.
We will also make available what positions we are in need
of.
-Linkedin is an important social media to ensure we have the
top quality of professionals working for Organic Plus.
