Abstract
Internal marks assessment system for department of
MCA, VTU PG studies Belagavi. Commonly internal
marks are assigned on the notice board or in the file r
ecord system. We devepoped web based application Int
ernal marks assessment syetem, where digital entry of
internal marks is done by the Admin. In the same way
all students belong to that department can able to view
their marks just by simple sign up and if necessary ca
n take a print out of that present sem.

Introduction
In the current scenario, evaluating integral grade of st
udents in the campus is time consuming as well as req
uires more human effort. Proposed system is an applic
ation program that provoide a comprehensive solution
to manage and enhance the internal mark evaluation.
Our project Internal Marks Assessment System is de
veloped based on information collected form the MC
A department.

The system is flexible and changes if any can be made with

out much difficulty. Every step has been taken to make the
working of the project comfortable as possible for the user
s. The Major Advantages Are:
Easy retrieval of data available in database
Quick implementation of results
Very user friendly
Does not require large amount of memory
Very less manual work is needed

Future Enhancement

Over all internal marks calculations can be included;

Individual staff can be allowed to update their subject inter

nal marks.

This project can be enhanced to other departments also.

Online Internal QPDS can be included.
