Solid State Relays
Long life expectancy solid-state relays use electronic instead of mechanical
devices for load switching up to 100 amps while providing a life cycle expectancy
of approximately 100,000 energized hours or 11.4 years.
This helps reduce product replacement and downtime.

Low Maintenance

There are no moving parts or contacts to

wear out or be affected by vibration and shock
Maintenance, parts replacement and downtime
are reduced

Reduced Power Costs

The solid-state relay typically requires 25 times less power than

electromechanical relays and also generates less heat. This means the
panel can typically be smaller, reducing panel space requirements

Safety
E-Stops with Self-Monitoring Contact Blocks
The patented Self-Monitoring Contact Blocks (SMCB) feature
enhanced E-stop safety for critical process control
applications. The SMCB monitors whether or not it is properly
installed on the operator so that the normally closed contacts
will open when the E-stop is actuated. If the SMCB is
separated from the operator for any reason, the controlled
circuit will automatically open.

Safety
Safety Contactors
Safety contactors provide either mechanically
linked or mirror contacts, which are required in
feedback circuits for modern safety applications
Mechanically linked (positively guided) contacts
are linked together, helping to prevent the
re-closing of the N.C. contacts if a N.O. contact
has welded
Protective cover to prevent manual operation
Help protect personnel from unintended
machine starts and loss of the safety function
