The California Dream Act application should be filed by students who may be eligible for California
state aid programs only under the AB 5 The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is
available to be completed
The CA Dream Act application is available online at http://www.csac.ca.gov/dream_act.asp.
New Financial Aid Programs:
The Middle Class Scholarship is new source of scholarship assistance open to California residents
who do not demonstrate financial need to qualify for other types of grant assistance. CA
Dream Loan is scheduled to be available beginning Fall. This proposed new state loan
program is for students who meet the AB 540 student status requirements. All students can
apply for CSUF Scholarship opportunities.
