PRAYER FOR UNITY


Rom. 15: 5, 6
Now the God of patience and consolation
grant you to be likeminded one toward
another according to Christ Jesus:That ye
may with one mind and one mouth glorify
God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus
Christ.
God is the one who makes us patient and
cheerful. I pray that he will help you live
at peace with each other, as you follow
Christ. v.5 (CEV Contemporary English Version)
PRAYER FOR UNITY

Rom 12:16 Live in harmony with one another.


1Co 1:10 Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,
that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you

Prayer for unity.
1. Paul knew the importance of unity among
Gods people. Cf. Eph 4:3
Act_2:1 And when the day of Pentecost was
fully come, they were all with one accord in one
place.
Act_2:46 And they, continuing daily with one
accord in the temple, and breaking bread from
house to house, did eat their meat with
gladness and singleness of heart,
Act_4:24 And when they heard that, they lifted
up their voice to God with one accord

Psa 133:1 Behold, how good and how pleasant
it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!
Psa 133:2 It is like the precious ointment
upon the head, that ran down upon the beard,
even Aaron's beard: that went down to the
skirts of his garments;
Psa 133:3 As the dew of Hermon, and as the
dew that descended upon the mountains of
Zion: for there the LORD commanded the
blessing, even life for evermore.

the Lord Jesus Christ.

Joh 17:21That they all may be one; as thou, Father,

me.

given them; that they may be one, even as we are
one:
Joh 17:23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be
made perfect in one; and that the world may know
that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou
hast loved me.
