Research Design: The research design is descriptive and
exploratory in nature.
Data Source: Primary Source-Discussing, observing and face to
face conversation with the employees.
Secondary Source- Company website and internet.

Sample Size: 100 employees.


Sampling Technique: Simple Random Sampling.
Statistical Instrument used: Questionnaire.
Tools used: Pie charts and tables.
