My vision of early childhood
education and the child is
We believe every child is unique in terms of life experience, developmental
readiness, and cultural heritage. Partnership between children and our
centre is, therefore, essential to the optimal growth and development of the
children in our care.
Our aim is to provide a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment that
accommodates and embraces difference and diversity. Our goal is to
promote the spiritual, physical, social, emotional, and cognitive
development of each child.
We believe in the integration of learning and play, as children learn best by
doing. We strive for a balance between teacher-led and child-initiated
activities, providing the foundation of a developmentally appropriate early
childhood program. Given opportunities to explore the world around them,
young children become active, involved learners. The centre a place where
they can be successful and discover that learning is fun.
We believe, with this foundation, children will develop strong learning
dispositions and become curious, well-rounded learners, able to make
independent choices and act responsibly.
As an Educator I believe
that
Children are future, innocents who know nothing and as
an educator need to take care of them. Early childhood
education is like a foundation based on which the future of

to learn. I believe as an educator that its Our duty to work

communication and cognitive. Children explore the world
around them daily. In my classroom children will have

that the environment of my classroom I supportive and
encouraging. I will encourage their interest and let them to

Theories Influenced me
are
Eriksons Psychosocial Theory
Erik Erikson proposed a theory
of psychosocial development.
He believed development occurs
throughout the life span. His
theory provided new insights
into the formation of a healthy
personality. It emphasizes the
social and emotional aspects of
growth. Childrens personalities
develop in response to their
social environment. The same is
true of their skills for social
interaction.
Piagets Cognitive
Development Theory
Jean Piagets thinking has
challenged teachers to focus on
the ways children come to know
as opposed to what they know.
His theory of cognitive
development focuses on
predictable cognitive (thinking)
stages. Piaget believed that
thinking was different during each
stage of development. His theory
explained mental operations. This
includes how children perceive,
think, understand, and learn
about their world.
We can learn many things from children but
the main thing that we can learn is change our
creative mindset to one that works.
 We do

 How might children think, listen, reason
and make meaning in classroom?
As we all know children are innocent
and buds, flowers who need care. Apart
from this we also thinks that children are
image of god. They think imaginary,
believe the world around them, their
brain is not much shaped because in
childhood they just start learning, start
observing world. If they find interest in
their own things such as games, play
they don't listen. But parents and
teachers are their first teachers who
make them learn. Step by step they will
develop their all skills such as physical,
social, emotional, communication and
cognitive. In my classroom I would
interact to them positively, energetically,
and with friendly manner, so they can
feel comfortable and ca learn, think with
fun while doing activities.
Future Classroom
In my classroom, First for few hours or days i will observe
children in which things they are interested and feel
comfortable. I will also observe in which things they will
lack. Based upon all these things i will introduced the
activities, games to them, so they dont get bored and can
learn something. Moreover, they will find interest in my
activities and can have fun.
Collaboration with others
I from each sector need to
develop relationships that
involve sharing knowledge
and understanding of each
other's environment,
pedagogy and curriculum. I
can be influential mediators
of children's experiences
when they have an
understanding of where
transitioning children are
moving to, where they come
from and what they bring to
their new learning context.
