Course Description
This course focuses on the understanding of strategic
approach to manage all aspects of IS/IT from formulating
the strategy, planning the implementation, justifying the
investment, managing the organization, and delivering the
services to the business.

Course Objectives
Upon the completion of this course, students should be able:
to formulate IS/IT strategy that is aligned with the business strategy and that
considers the potential IS/IT impact to the business strategy;
to derive IS/IT implementation plan based on the formulated IS/IT strategy;
to justify IS/IT investment plan based on the derived IS/IT implementation plan;
to define IS/IT organizations strategy to execute the derived IS/IT
implementation plan;
to select IS/IT service deliverys strategy to deliver IS/IT services to the
business.
